Best car buying experience ever!! Peyton Polk and Ben were the best!. Found the car online. Asked for best price, got a written offer within the hour. Drove to the dealership on Saturday. Took a test drive. Signed papers and out the door in no time at all. Thank you to everyone at John Megal Chevrolet.
I called ahead to make sure the vehicle we wanted to look at was still on the lot. Spoke to Austin around 2pm and was told the vehicle was in fact still there. I drove over an hour to get there hence the reason for calling ahead. When we got there we asked for Austin but was not able to speak with him. Then we find out that the car we drove over an hour for had been sold that morning. So we wasted gas and time for nothing. Will not be going back.
