No wonder John is one of the best in the biz in the Tucson market. He came in as a rescue to take the place of a buyers agent that just wasn't hitting the mark. John understood and anticipated our needs, was a great communicator, and suggested the home that we had ultimately made an offer and closed on. He never pushed us to spend more than we wanted and helped to be steady when emotions ran high with real estate. I am planning on using him and his team again for future real estate needs.

The housing market is slow this year. John and his team did a great job keeping us informed after every showing as well as weekly phone calls. It took a few months, but the house sold. John took the lead in getting necessary repairs completed so that closing took place on time! He took the weight of selling from us. We are grateful for and highly recommend The Billings Team.

The good: John was responsive, had good suggestions on what needed to be done to help sell the house, went above and beyond in getting a keepsake important to my wife shipped to us in another state. The house did sell quickly (both good and bad since the house listing was likely significantly undervalued) The bad: Major error in judgement in recommending and managing a painter (we were in another state) that took over three months to complete his work costing us thousands of dollars due to the delay as well as having to hire... read more

I've worked with many realtors over the years and John was exceptional! Prior to hiring John, we had a false start with an inexperienced agent. John helped us turn things around immediately. He was hardworking and went the extra mile to make sure the home got the attention it deserved and that is showed well.
