John Mease came recommended to me by a dear friend and mentor that I highly value their opinion. Since that time, John has done every home inspection for me since then, a total of 4 thus far. I would highly recommend John to anyone needing a thorough, efficient and timely home inspection.
If I could give greater than a 5-star rating I absolutely would! John is fantastic to work with, very polite and fun, but when it comes to knowledge I would be shocked if there is anyone better. While most of what others have shared about John is spot on, there is one comment previously made that in my opinion sums John up very nicely - - he is a walking encyclopedia. He knows his stuff and is as thorough as thorough can be. I have already hired John again for another job!
My wife and I recently bought a new build townhouse and asked John to be our inspector. He took the time to explain to us exactly what he was looking for, what he expected and hoped to see as we walked through our new house. He was professional and kind, funny and thorough. Going back to John is hands down one of the easiest decisions in an otherwise stressful life event.
John was fantastic to work with. I have never bought a home before and he was very thorough with explaining any thing I had questions about. I also called him on a Wed needing a home inspection ASAP and he was able to get to it the very next day. His inspection was very good and I would highly recommend him. He’s very professional and a joy to work with.
John Mease is one of the best in the business. With many many years of experience in the field, he is a walking encyclopedia of information and an absolute pleasure to work with. I have used him for 3 houses now and have referred him to friends and family. The first house I wanted to buy in 2013 was a great house and well taken care of.
