We had put a bid in on a condo and we were pretty confident that the owners would accept it so we sold our northern home. We then got word that the owners decided to "pull it off the market" . So we had to be out of our home in 1 month. John went out of his way to find another condo for us and negotiated a good price. He knows the area very well and gave us contacts for an emergency clinic when we had no doctors in the area plus a wonderful handy man for repairs. He just went beyond what he had to do - and I have not even bought a house through him yet!! He showed me various homes - detailing the pros and cons of each one. He actually gave you the total story, not just the story that would make the sale happen!

I purchased a home through John in Naples in 2008. I saw the listing on a foreclosure site and I had him go and review the property on my behalf because I lived in Canada. He went to the home immediately, checked it out and sent me pictures. I submitted my offer and ended up with the home. The whole process took a total of about 36 hours and through his efforts I now own a beautiful home in Naples for my future retirement.

I came to the Naples/Vanderbilt Beach area as a "snow bird" and when I was ready to down size to a smaller winter home, I discovered John while trying to avoid another agent in the area!
