John was spot on every step of the way ! I emailed him off Zillow in the evening and by the next morning he was showing us 3 properties in 2 hours. He got us the offer we wanted and explained every step of the process and knew local connections for title and inspections and many other resources that helped along the way. John is a "no pressure" kind of guy. From the minute you meet him he really takes his time to find exactly what you are looking for. You get the sense that he really does care about his clients so he will always try to find deals that fit your personal needs. I have been working with him since 2004 and I would not think of using anyone else in Southwest Florida for real estate purposes.

John Blaine is an amazing young man. When i first met him 10 years ago he kept in touch by phone, sending me many listings for a year.
