I had a very good visit. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the procedure. I was very impressed of the professionalism of the staff and Dr. Runnels
My visit went very well. I was pleased with the service I received from Dr Runnels and the entire staff, starting with my admission at the front desk and all that followed afterwards. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a doctor of his profession.
I could not have asked for better treatment or nicer staff than at GI Associates. Dr Runnels and everyone I came into contact with were VERY professional and knowledgeable.

This Doctor was a professional. I would recommend him to my children. Ever since Covid has been an issue, health care has seemed to me to be like a fast food restaurant. That wasn’t the case with Dr. Runnels. I appreciate him being caring and not in a rush.
Been seeing Dr runnels for several years now. Excellent doctor. Does an endoscopy annually and colonoscopy as needed. Can't go wrong with him. Five stars!!!!
I have never seen anything like this in all my medical visits before. The process from start to finish was very fast and professional. They tell you step by step while being on time making sure you are taking care of. Dr Runnels and his staff are the best medical professionals I have dealt with. If you need to see a doctor in is field I highly recommend them.
Had a colonoscopy at Magee General Hospital. Dr Runnels always does such a great job in explaining my results to me in terms that are so easy to understand. He is a great doctor, always so kind and understanding.
Dr Runnels’s was so nice and thorough I will use him again when needed.
