Dr. Runnels has outstanding way of making you feel at ease. Great bedside manner and very capable doctor. Great staff also.
He has excellent beside manner, cares about his patients! He listens to what you have to say, takes time to explain and answers all questions or concerns. HIGHLY recommend him. Has been our family GI man for about 18 years.
I have a ulcer, and when it flared up Dr. Runnels came to my rescue. My ulcer has healed, but every visit between he asked me questions, allowing me to ask him questions and showed genuine concerns for me and my treatment program.
Dr Runnells always puts you at easy with his way of comforting and his bedside manners. He explains things and what treatments can be done. I always have a lot of confidence in him.
All staff at G.I. Associates treat you well. Dr. Runnels is an accomplished and caring physician.
He quickly gathers a plan specifically for his patients and puts it into action. He and his staff have the best manners of any facility I know. You can trust in them to do exactly what they say. Thank you kindly Dr. Runnels for you and all of your staff members.
