Pleasant, informative and thorough.
I've been going to LensCrafters for years, usually the one on Oracle (outside of the Tucson Mall). Since that location was being remodeled, I visited the Tucson Mall LensCrafters this time, and I'm so glad I did! From start to finish, it was a 10/10 experience. The receptionist was attentive, Doctor John Matthew Gill was incredibly thorough and listened when I explained that my last prescription hadn't worked for me.
