They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
