Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, it was downright irritating! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance!

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I have been going to Dr. Tilley for over 10 years and I've always been satisfied with his care. His nurse, Rhoda, is very helpful and friendly.

I LOVE that they can always find a way to get me in!! Yes, sometimes this means I have to wait in the office a little longer, but I'm okay with that because I NEVER feel rushed when I'm meeting with the doctor. I no longer work close to the practice, but still keep Dr Tilley as my PCP because of how great he & his staff are!!

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do.
