I used Szollose last week, May 2025. My 40 gallon hot water heater died. The work was done quickly and professionally and very expensively as it turns out. I was charged $2,200. I've been told by many knowledgeable people in the trade that I was overcharged by about $700. That's a lot of money. A hot water heater costs about $600. The job only took 1 1/2 hours. Not cool to rip off old people. Szollose responded. "Buyer Beware!" I will know better next time. But at least the public knows now.
I had John out to help with a clogged drain on two separate occasions, both times they were incredibly quick, professional and fairly priced. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
Prompt and courteous service! I've worked with Szollose plumbing and heating for two properties in the Manayunk area for a variety of issues. They've helped me out of some urgent plumbing situations and are always happy to answer questions about their work. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the Roxborough / Manayunk area!
Called and left a message 3 DAYS AGO!!!! Nobody returned my call!!! Your loss! Not Mine! You people would get a ZERO if I could give it!!
