Very pleasant physician who advised me I may have a torn rotator cuff. I wish getting the ordered MRI was as easy. A month wait for the MRI and then being told there is a radiologist shortage so at least 2 weeks for a result. I've had multiple calls from their office telling me it's very important to setup a follow up but another 2 weeks for a required follow up. Make your own conclusion.
Dr. Richmond was fantastic through the early stages of my injury, from his assessment and balanced view of surgical or non-surgical options, he handled my injury with care and professionalism. I would highly recommend Dr. Richmond to anyone who has experienced an injury. I am an athlete and needed the kind of care that would get me back in shape to a high level.
