This clinic practices double or overbooking methods; patients have to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours to be called in after arrival to an appointment on time. That is horrible business practice! In some states, this practice is illegal. Patient time is essential, too; medical office personnel time is not more valuable than patients.
