My grandmother was a patient here and we found the front office staff incompetent at simply writing down the correct appointment times. Once we finally made it into the doctor he was consistently rough with her feet and unkind. She would complain that it was hurting and he would say oh it's not either and kept going. It's unacceptable to treat anyone this way particularly my 95 year old grandmother!

Had an appointment and due to being 7 minutes late we were told we could not be seen because as i can see they now had a lot of people, but I could reschedule. The parking lot was full and the appointment was for and elderly women who uses a walker. It takes her time to walk especially in this heat. We had arrived ahead of time but due to not being able to park up close and handicap spots full she had to walk further than she usually does. Receptionist seem to have no sympathy and quick to judge
