I don't think I've ever been greeted in a such a warm and cheerful fashion at a dentist office, or any kind of medical office, in a long long time. (Taking my mom to Ochsner's Plaza reminds me of cattle being herded at the stockade). How pleasant to step into a scence from Mayberry.(Dr. Barksdale, explain that to the young assistants.) Thanks again.
I have a great experience. The only suggestion would be to have Dr. Barksdale at least say Hi to each patient, I didn't see him at all during my visit. Thanks again!

Tonya made me feel comfortable as she told me everything that she would be doing prior to meeting with Dr. Barksdale and what the pictures would be used for. It is never an enjoyable experience going to the Dentist; however I felt that everyone I met yesterday was friendly and genuinely cared about what I was going through. Thank you!

Just wanted you all to know that I went to dinner last night after having my teeth cleaned by Nancy that morning. The waiter complimented me on my white teeth and smile. I told him I had been to Dr. Barksdale that morning!
