Improve your customer service, I recently bought a used SUV 1-26-19, 1 out of 3 you sold to 2 other of my family members. All were cash deals, no financing to deal with! This place is a joke ..... I had an I had to have a wheel hub replaced on my 2006 F150...When I brought my truck in they said they had to buy the part from Orilleys ....the part cost hem $ 205.....they charged me $478 for the part!!!!!!!!!!!! I called them and was told that this is how it was and they were not prepared to do anything for me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HER FOR REPAIR THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They say anything they can, true or not, to sell a car. Then wont admit to saying any of it. Just another dealer though. But they do come up with some funny and far fetched excuses, when you get a vehicle back with same things wrong with it that they were supposed to have fixed.
Want to thank Chad (Service Technician) and Preston for the job they did getting me on the rode. My Ford truck had experienced issues while I was on the road home to Arizona. Put 1000 miles + to finish the trip and it ran like a top. I was then able to make my son's 5th grade graduation. Thanks again for making an unpleasant breakdown as pain free as possible. Way beyond the service I would ever expect.
