I hate to write this review but I have had enough of excuses from this doctor and his team. I had to get number of tests done and had to pull my teeth to get feedback from this group. The doctor may not be bad, but after my last visit he said he will provide a summary of our visit discussion through MyChart app, but it has been over a month that I am yet to receive it even after number of reminders. 500 for an ecg for an average skilled cardiologist review is rediculous, what they call is office charge for every visit, 65 for the ecg itself, recommend you look elsewhere as this place is higher than average, goodness wonder what a real medical need costs here. insurance carrier notified. I now understand the other low reviews.
I had been to the ER twice in 2019 w chest pain and difficulty breathing. The second time, Summer, the ER Dr.insisted I go see a cardiologist. As the first ER Dr had asked me to go see a cardiologist as well, but I never went. Not sure how I received John’s name, but that’s where I ended up. His office is inside Texas Health Hospital, I’ve had great experiences with several Texas Health Hospitals and Physicians, so why wouldn’t I choose John Lee, his office is inside a THH at Allen.
