I’ve been a patient of this practice for years and have always thought highly of my cardiologist. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the front office has been extremely frustrating. I arrived for a scheduled appointment and provided my insurance card at check-in. I was told the office did not accept my insurance, that I would need a new referral from my primary care physician, and that I would have to agree to self-pay. If you go to this clinic you should know it will be NEAR IMPOSSIBLE to get a refill from this physician. Short of you calling 5 times and showing up at the office pleading for help with a prescription, it very likely will not happen. So, good luck.
I hate to write this review but I have had enough of excuses from this doctor and his team. I had to get number of tests done and had to pull my teeth to get feedback from this group. The doctor may not be bad, but after my last visit he said he will provide a summary of our visit discussion through MyChart app, but it has been over a month that I am yet to receive it even after number of reminders. 500 for an ecg for an average skilled cardiologist review is rediculous, what they call is office charge for every visit, 65 for the ecg itself, recommend you look elsewhere as this place is higher than average, goodness wonder what a real medical need costs here. insurance carrier notified. I now understand the other low reviews.
