I rented from them for over 3 years and initially had a positive experience with one of the landlords. Unfortunately, my experience took a serious turn due to the actions of the other landlord. On a random day, the locks were changed and utilities were shut off without any prior notice, court filing, or legal eviction process. A plumber (not the city) was used to shut off utilities.
