I like how he listens to your concerns and finds every way to figure out the problem and solutions! He isn’t dismissive like others have been, he takes it serious. He’s really a good guy straight to the point not much small talk but that’s ok as long as he is taking my Healy serious. You won’t be disappointed seeing him.
He’s amazing, very detailed, communicates above and beyond, follows up on any concerns, the staff is great. He is my #2 on my team of doctors.

He’s always ready for me. He has his concerns, I have mine. We put it all on the table and go over what needs to be done and the steps to take. I do them, he follows up with me. He’s amazing, I leave feeling somewhat elated knowing we are on a path to being pain free
Zero communication-I have been trying to get an appointment from 2-3 weeks now. They told me to get a PCP referral, got the same day and they never called back. Very poor follow up communication. even after 5 days of referral exchange, they told me they will call, still in vain. Again I called back for the final time, out of frustration and the operator told me that they have stopped taking new patients. How on earth I am suppose to know!!!!!! Good Dr., but receptionist with bad attitude. Just ended 4 year relationship because she hung up on she doesn't want to address me by my name and hung up on me.
Great staff at the office. Dr. lavery is a very caring and thorough Rheumatologist . He is excellent to respond to patients through his office portal. Dr. Lavery always listens and makes you feel a part of your health solution.
Dr. Lavery is the smartest doctor I know.
