Jill Moss was doing really well with my wife at first. Went 2 hours away to show some potential homes for us. Then suddenly things turn for the worst after we show our approval letter and her exact words are “this isn’t worth the paper it’s written on” then continues to be extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife and even our lender! I have never been so insulted by someone in a business that claims to be a “professional” this is extremely unprofessional! Needless to say we will never deal with her again,
