Jamie Delamater is a compulsive liar. I gave her PROOF of documents that were needed and she tried every way to find loop holes and lie against it making excuses up. I sent her multiple legal laws that showed that she was lying and didn't know what she was talkng about to the point where she could not respond back and eventually accepted my documents. Having someone judge your mental heath is a serious act and I do not recommend her as your property manager!
I have had the opportunity to get to know the ownership group and can safely say that you will be treated with great care in this unique real estate office. What makes it unique is that they are equal parts Residential Home Sales and Property Management. If you are looking to become a landlord you should give them a call.
