I’ve been incredibly impressed with James Harbison on every level as my listing agent! He stays in touch continually and keeps me posted about input from buyers and other brokers! I put in three offers on one house that JJ had but he was too busy messing with March madness basketball he never got back to us they would never counter until he got back from his little trip and then somebody put an offer in the day before and mine was higher and they took the lower offer because JJ sucks and so does John L Scott real estate I bought and sold I don’t know how many houses in the rogue valley but I’ve never ever experience this 👎🏻👎🏻
