My Wife and I chose John L Scott because they are well established and known. Unfortunately we connected with the wrong team. When it comes to a realtor you should be able to trust them and anyone they bring on to help aid in the sale or purchasing of your home. So if I could share one piece of advice is stay away from (Ken and Carolyn) The Ream Team!!! Don't get reamed like we did!!! They really just don't have your best interest at heart. Find yourselves an upfront and honest one.
It was a temporary rental and they went out of their way to expidite all the necessary paperwork in regard to moving in and out! They're great!
