We met Daniel when he was the listing agent for the house we bought. He was knowledgeable and experienced, so we decided to ask him to list the house we were selling. Throughout our home buying process, Daniel Sessoms was very helpful in assisting us with every detail, making sure the eventual transaction was just what we were looking for. Daniel was able to have the final Purchase & Sales agreement executed according to our preferences, and the timing of all the events leading up to closing was coordinated based on our timeline. Daniel is a experienced professional. He communicated with me daily for six weeks, until we found the right condo. He provided all the info I needed to make a decision, and his follow through enabled me to close within 30 days when the average time frame was 45 days. Daniel was my agent for the purchase and sale, six months later, of a Beacon Hill town home. He knows the market and was a strong advocate for my interests. He put in extra effort getting the house sold quickly. He was great in negotiating multiple offers and then fielding issues from the inspection.
