My wife and I have worked with Catherine since before our first purchase in Ashland in 2013. She has helped us with 3 purchases as well as 2 commercial lease projects. In every instance she and the team are perfect. They are timely, detail oriented and know almost all the answers. Those answers they don't have they get right away. We have also referred several friends and they have all be very happy we did. If you don't use Catherine and her team you are making a big mistake.

Jill is smart and savvy when it comes to real estate. Not surprising since it is practically in her blood. She comes from a Real Estate family (her Mom was a top agent for John L Scott for over 30 years (in the Issaquah market!) She is very knowledgeable and keeps up to date on the ever changing industry. When you tell her what you're looking for in a home she finds it for you. And then she goes to work with her masterful negotiation strategies to get you the home. Added bonus: she's super nice! Wouldn't use anyone else.

I can’t say enough good things about Jill. Her commitment to her clients is unsurpassed, she is ALWAYS available and responsive which is refreshing. With the multiple offers and complex details in buying a house these days you have to have an agent that really works hard for you and knows their stuff and that’s Jill. I have found my forever agent and I refer her to all my friends.

I used Jill to purchase a home and she was everything I wanted my real-estate agent to be. She showed me multiple listings as well as helped me figure out what was important to me as I made this very important decision. Jill was there for my questions throughout the whole process. I put in three offers on one house that JJ had but he was too busy messing with March madness basketball he never got back to us they would never counter until he got back from his little trip and then somebody put an offer in the day before and mine was higher and they took the lower offer because JJ sucks and so does John L Scott real estate I bought and sold I don’t know how many houses in the rogue valley but I’ve never ever experience this 👎🏻👎🏻
