We made an offer on a house, we were from out of town and did not know the area. Amy did a great job on the negotiations, helping me get through my 1st home buying experience and gave me tons of tidbits about the new community we were moving to. Amy has a fun, warm personality.
Amy always was accessible and prompt in rueturning all communication. We had a purchase that was complicated but she was very knowledgeable and persistent in solving problems. Amy Hempel is the best! She helped find our first home as well as negotiated the deal we wanted and helped us through all of the inspections to close the transaction. She also helped us to identify and close on several investment properties as part of a 1031 exchange transaction. Amy Hempel is the best realtor I have ever worked with. She has set the bar so high and I would use her again in a heart beat. Her knowledge of the area and her great sense of humor made her so much fun to work with. I would highly recommend using Amy if you are looking for realtor. Don't waste your time trying to decide between any other realtors because Amy is THE BEST!
