Dr. Phelps and the entire staff are rock stars! I have spent a substantial amount of time at their office and they have made each and every visit as pleasant an experience as going to the dentist could be! I have never been to an office where every person that works there is an absolute joy to be around.. Keep up the good work.
Dr. Gravitte and his staff were exemplary the first time I became a client for dental care. I was so impressed with such a valuable 'state of the art' dentistry facility and provider! The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I felt comfortable. I felt so pampered! Excellent and professional service. It's like going to the spa!
On a recent unscheduled visit Dr. Gravitte and his staff welcomed me and ushered me into an exam room to review my dental issues. Though I did not have an appointment, Dr. Gravitte spent time assessing several dental problems and formulated a treatment plan. Everyone was extremely nice and very professional. Dr. Gravitte has a client for life in me!
It has been too long since I have been to the dentist. Dr. Gravitte and his staff helped me get back on track.
I have to start by saying, my last trip to the Dentist was about 18 years ago. This weighed on me but I could never make myself go back......until yesterday. I had tooth pain and took the plunge on my father's recommendation, and a bit of desperation. When I called and explained my situation I was given an appointment the very same day but that was just the beginning.
