My husband and I travel a lot for his job. I'm 13 weeks pregnant and had a dental emergency. This office got me in ASAP (keep in mind I hate dentists) Dr. Phelps was so kind and patient as well as her assistant Tiffany. I love the customer service! I had an amazing experience. I'll definitely be going back!
Great environment. ....conferring staff. ......everyone cares how u feel and make sure ur needs are met...i hate going to the dentist but the staff made my experience pleasant. ....don't think i have ever had a doctor's office call the next day to see how i feel. ...this is the office i will call home for my dental needs
I never thought I would ever be able to say, " I had a fantastic time at the dentist getting my teeth cleaned". But there you have it! Such caring,loving professionals. What a blessing to have you all here in Mount Airy! Thank you ,from a person who has always dreaded dentist appointments.

I must say that my visit with Dr. Gravitte was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. The staff was great. Brittney was absolutely great and Dr. Gravitte gave me a straight up recommendation on my situation that I trusted and felt good about. Totally explained my situation and the procedure was effortless on my part with no complications afterward. Thanks for a great visit!
My mother has worked for a dentist for 20 years so I'm very familiar with different dentist offices, but this one is hands down the best. Not due to the fact that it's extremely lavish, but just because they care about their patients on a very comforting and professional level. I broke a tooth and was in quite a lot of pain and Dr. phelps was able to get it fixed the very next morning when all other dentists I had checked was a 1-2 week minimum. I always have an great visit. They are an awesome dentist office. The staff does an awesome job.
My daughter and I want to thank you for the wonderful experience we had when we visited your office. Everyone treated us just like family and Keelee's jitters were soon put at ease.
