Dr. Gravitte and his staff were exemplary the first time I became a client for dental care. I was so impressed with such a valuable 'state of the art' dentistry facility and provider! From walking in, I was so graciously greeted by the sweetest, most pleasant young lady who assisted me in getting established as a client! The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I felt comfortable. I felt so pampered! Excellent and professional service. It's like going to the spa!
On a recent unscheduled visit Dr. Gravitte and his staff welcomed me and ushered me into an exam room to review my dental issues. Though I did not have an appointment, Dr. Gravitte spent time assessing several dental problems and formulated a treatment plan. Everyone was extremely nice and very professional. Dr. Gravitte has a client for life in me!
It has been too long since I have been to the dentist. Dr. Gravitte and his staff helped me get back on track.
I have to start by saying, my last trip to the Dentist was about 18 years ago. This weighed on me but I could never make myself go back......until yesterday. I had tooth pain and took the plunge on my father's recommendation, and a bit of desperation. When I called and explained my situation I was given an appointment the very same day but that was just the beginning.
