good service department
On the way to Sturgis when we encountered an emissions problem, Friday 8-1. Amy was a great help and my truck was taken into service right away!!! Extremely grateful! Parts were in inventory and we were on the road in 2 1/2 hours !!! Thank you John Kohl Chevy !!
The receptionist and Desk clerk in the repair center could use an attitude improvement. Very sour, very sour.
Service manager was very helpful and understanding. Got us in and repaired. She was professional with all customers and worked with them very well
