There seems to be a trend where primary care doctors just act as a referral center. Most of the time when we see him, he offers to give us a referral. Referrals aren't generally needed with PPO's. Nice guy but not really a great primary care doctor.
Dr. Koehler and his assistant are the best. We have a good, friendly relationship. I trust them.

Dr Koehler has made a huge difference in my life and my health. Where others dismissed things Dr. Koehler looked further and uncovered the problem. He is consistently honest, forthright and humble when discussing course of treatment, options and evaluating what is best for me as an individual. I trust him.
Dr Koehler is the best. He is young, very sharp, well informed, friendly and efficient. He takes time with his patients on a personal level and is very easy to approach. He's also very responsive to inquiries through the web portal. I could not be more pleased with Dr K as a primary care physician.
