John and Kaylee of Koch Investments were wonderful landlords to me! Everything I ever needed or asked for was taken care of promptly and the house was in great shape as a rental. They were never intrusive and always friendly and kind. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, well kept rental. Only reason I moved is I was lucky enough to buy my own little house. :)
I rented a furnished studio for the Summer and had a great experience. It was exactly what I paid for, there was no noticeable smell, and the whole process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend the Spring Avenue apartments, especially for someone looking for a short-term stay in a furnished apartment.
I rented at 1201 3rd Ave. Apt 2. I was surprised there was no closet when I moved in. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The landlord was nice and easy to deal with. I needed zero repairs so I can’t speak to that. I used my own linens, towels, bedding. I stored theirs untouched. I was still charged close to $200 for professional linen cleaning. Overall I was very pleased renting from John and Kaylee. Any issues that popped up were dealt with very quickly. For what we got, I thought the rent was fair for the market. I would absolutely recommend them.
