I rented at 1201 3rd Ave. Apt 2. I was surprised there was no closet when I moved in. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. The landlord was nice and easy to deal with. I needed zero repairs so I can’t speak to that. I used my own linens, towels, bedding. I stored theirs untouched. I was still charged close to $200 for professional linen cleaning. Overall I was very pleased renting from John and Kaylee. Any issues that popped up were dealt with very quickly. For what we got, I thought the rent was fair for the market. I would absolutely recommend them.
A friend rented from this "business" they lied and kicked tenants out for small infractions. They raised rent without notice and relied on their tenants not knowing their renters rights. This is one of the worst landlords I have heard of. Edit: They Facebook messaged me, releasing tenants names. :/
Great People to rent from!! Definitely would Rent from again!
