The reason for the 3 stars, is because they closed there Roger's office after seeing knudsen for a few months inform me my insurance is out of network, then tell it's all tooken care of to come back after 4 mo they tell me I owe $1400 but willing too cut it too $700 ,now being denied for another pain management because they think I a still with them and knudsen office refuses too send them a letter stating that I am not being seen by them,and I am not on meds at this time.
