Suffered a back injury on Saturday. Very appreciative of Dr. Knepper's staff to call me back with a cancellation notice. Otherwise, Dr was totally booked for day. Happy to see Dr. And get X rays at other facility.
Dr. Knepper showed compassion and patience when dealing with an already anxious patient. His knowledge of upper respiratory infections was evident and I feel he gave me the best care possible given my extensive health history.
