Wow!!!! John King is the best in the area. If you want to buy or sell a property quickly. Then John is your realtor. He has Tons of Knowledge about all types of properties. when I need another property or properties I will reach out to John. I will let my family and friends know about John's Triple A+++ Customer Service.
John was great through the whole process. He found us a great house after only a week of looking and got our offer accepted quickly. He also helped us through the mortgage process as first time home buyers. Even with being out of the country for 2 weeks of the escrow process everything we smooth. He has continued to offer help and check in weeks after closing. We will absolutely use John again in the future for both buying and selling. I cant recommend him enough.
John did such a wonderful job helping us buy our first home. He found us a beautiful home in Va Beach within the first month of looking and made the process much less stressful.
John was fantastic to work with! He laid out the details every step of the way and continued to keep us in the loop even states away. We would absolutely work with him again.
My only regret was not having two houses for him to sell.
