John and his team were amazing! Upfront and a great communicator. He's very knowledgeable in a lot of Hampton Roads markets. My scenario was one where my ex-wife and I were selling our house in East Ocean View. John and team streamlined everything from showings, to offers, to the dreaded paperwork... all done remotely with the click of some buttons. I really appreciated the ease of the process and highly recommend John. Will use him again... under a different scenario this next time however, ha!
