I thought this would be a great experience ! I’ve been ford now Mazda customer for over 30 yrs ! But turned into a nightmare! If they’re not nice or process any information for a total loss , it means they want just money or a trade in ! This was told to me by Mazda ,don't go back I was told by Mazda Finance! I was shocked at how rude they were when they were not getting a trade in or lots of money up front ! I’ve given over 20,000 to lease & buying a new car down payment? Worst place to purchase a vehicle if you want to save your time and money dont even go here they would treat you like a king but then after that anything wrong with the vehicle its preatty much your problem. Dont fall for there trap.Do your own reserch before even going to this place. I’ve been going to John Kennedy Mazda in Conshohocken for the past 2.5yrs. But they’ve just been getting ruder and ruder with every visit and acting very inconvenienced when I come in to spend hundreds/thousands keeping my beloved Mazda in good shape. I just had a great experience with Kennedy Mazda in Conshohocken. Kyle, George, and Ruben were all very helpful and treated me like family. Couldn't be happier with my decision and would highly recommend them!
