Not only did they not provide me with pain relief from my whiplash injury, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They tore three disks in my neck with a high velocity cervical maneuver. I have been in pain for 10 years. They barely gave me any information at all except to come back for more. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I have to spend a lot trying to correct the injury they created. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page

I'm generally leery of chiropractors, but not only did Dr. Moore display a wonderful ability, he also has a who's who of clients, including Stanford sports teams, Olympic athletes, professional athletes and even Tony Robbins. His wall was full of testimonials from clients who have stayed in touch. Most importantly he brought real results

Yes, he/she looked very professional Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this chiropractor friendly? Extremely Friendly Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Although I have never had anything to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the doctor is. Highly recommend
