I was given the option of an appointment within 2 days of calling. It was my choice to opt for a later appointment. The check in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly. I was instructed to wait in the waiting area and was called back to the exam room within just a few minutes. Dr Krebs was professional but also personable. He listened to me, checked the X-ray images while explaining all about what he was looking for. We made a plan of action together. Being at Crystal Clinic ortho center was a very calming experience. I had a lot of apprehension and stress due to the surgery that I had coming. I have to say that Dr Krebs was very backed up, as far as scheduling goes. But he had a cancellation and called me immediately to ask if I wanted to take the appointment. I was made to believe that I would be in for only a day maybe two. But because of extreme pain levels they kept me for an extra couple of days.
