THANKS so much Liesl you nailed my cut it was so needed & of course I had my concerns getting butt length hair cut to shoulder length & it turned out better than I would've imagined. Thank you I'll be more comfortable now during summer & be able to enjoy active things without having to deal w/3' of hair! I'll be back!
After spending $500+ for my daughter and I (she had tips colored and I a full foil), my daughters hair tips washed out after a week ( mine three weeks). I called and was informed that they would need to order another dye, one that they knew would work better. I called twice to try and get in to no avail. I will never go again! At least someone could have found the time...another stylist, or manager. Ridiculous to spend that kind of money for color that washes out so fast and not find the time to redo it.
