Do not use this Broker he is not honest, keeps vital information from Buyers to make sale, he is not on your side all he cares about is the sale!!! We bought a house that John was brokering for a Builder WR Thompson from a great honest Realestate agent in 2019, (it was a brand new house) we found out last year there was a problem with the roof long story short the Builder did not want to do anything.
