I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
