He should not have a license. I had the worst experience. He was supposed to remove a ingrown toenail. He claimed he did yet it remained infected. I was on antibiotics for 3 weeks and ended up having an MRI because he fractured my toe after numbing it. Stay away from this practice. Its horrible and has caused me another surgery on the same toe he claimed he fixed.
