Dr. Moy not only has incredible surgical skills, but also exceptional patience and obvious compassion. After being told by two other ophthalmologists that it would be impossible to remove my cataracts because of my coughing unless I was anesthetized, I was unsure that even he would be able to operate with only a local anesthetic.
