Dr. McGuigan is a wonderfully compassionate hand surgeon. He carefully explains every procedure he is doing. He is meticulous when he does a surgical procedure. I highly recommend him for any hand issues, including Dupuytrens contracture.

I have seen Dr. McGuigan several times over the past years. He operated on my hand for Carpal Tunnel syndrome and the nerve to my elbow. He is as fine a physician as I have known in my sixty-nine years. His bedside manner is the best. He is very gregarious. He is very honest, takes the time to engage you, and, when asked, will reveal aspects of his own life such as serving oversees for the Army Reserve for months at a time every year, which causes a great deal of lost income from his medical practice. I was diagnosed with severe extensor tendinosis (elbow) with intrasubstance tear which I have been dealing with for 18 months. The pain has been so severe it wakes me up at night and affects me every day.
