I have seen Dr Leppard on several occasions regarding Independent Medical Evaluations for my workers comp case. This man should lose his license, he blatantly lies on his reports. He says he performs tests that he does not do and lies about the results on the few tests he does do. He should be ashamed of himself, he is nothing more than a hired hack for the insurance carrier to try and shoot down your case.
This man is not a very nice doctor I had to see him for a ime he lied on his paperwork that’s sworn under oath he didn’t listen he’s rude he spoke about my weight which has nothing to do with my wrist and I would NEVER refer anyone to him he’s a liar he’s not respectful and he’s aggressive all the things that a doctor shouldn’t be
Dr leppard is one of the best knee orthopedic been going to him for years and 2 years ago I moved to Florida and I came up to new york to see him. The best.
Is the Steve Marcus who worked in Jacobi hospital and then went to Lincoln hospital years ago I will always remember him I had a striker Cass on my neck and he very kind to me
Hi! I recently had surgery on my shoulder performed by Dr.Corso. I am really happy with my results, at only 2 weeks post-op pain is completly gone. Dr. Corso really listens and goes into detail. Excellent expirience.
I have been consulting Dr. Leppard for over 20 years and he is always very Professional and was able to help me with my Joint pains with ease. Very Patient and helpful. I recommend his service for anyone who wanted to see a orthopedic doctor.

Dr. Was rude, condescending, disrespectful to me. Didn't let me talk. Kept cutting me off. I'm not a Dr but in medical field over 30 yrs, work with Dr's, PTs. I've treated many with same tendon tears I have. He said I got my knowledge from Dr. Google & friends. He said MRI I brought means nothing - they just read it get paid & are often wrong. He pushed meds & shot concoction. I don't take pain meds. He said med would make me better in 4 days. I have 3 tears. That's not healed in 4 days. I've been doing Physical Therapy for ... read more
Dr. Leppard cut off a Pyogenic Granuloma from my hand. He was able to numb the area with minimal pain (which other doctors were unable to do) and cut it off. He was excellent, took time to explain everything to me . I would definitely see him again. He is a model doctor!
