The staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. Dr. Kim is professional, and makes the whole experience that much better.

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
