As chefs and owners of John J. Jeffries, we designed our menu to be based on local, seasonal, sustainable and organic agriculture and delicious recipes. All of our meats are raised locally, confinement-free on fresh green grass pastures. No hormones, antibiotics, steroids or forced-fertilization occurs. Our produce is local organic or chemical free. This Is one of my favorite place for dinner with my family in Lancaster .
This restaurant is an excellent farm to table experience. The menu changes constantly so only the freshest ingredients are used. The service is exceptional. Notes are kept so the staff can remind you what to try or what you loved at your next visit. Love visiting and can't wait to return. Definetly try the Bim Bob or the Truth.

We had a double date there last night with some good friends of ours. Our server was polite and fairly speedy with our orders. Most of us in our party felt that the foos was good, but not worth the price we paid for the food. It was a very nice restaurant, I would recommend it to people who want to try something new in Lancaster. Just be prepared to be paying high dollar for it.
What can I say about 3 stars? The food was okay. I could have made it better myself.
My husband and I spent a lot of time looking for just the right fine dining establishment while visiting the area for a little R&R from our own restaurant. This beautiful establishment was beyond our expectations. The food was perfect and our waiter was exceptional.
