Failed THR because of severe implant overhang and anteversion (cup placement in pelvis) off by 20 degrees. I woke up to both a mechanical and soft tissue impingement basically ruining my life. Had a revision 10 months later and I still have persistent groin pain preventing me from sitting down. Since I can only sit leaning back, I have developed persistent muscle spasms in my neck.
