Called and asked for an estimate because my mom’s actuator on her HVAC unit went out. The call was made at 4 PM. They said that they would have to charge me the overtime rate which Over $400. Fair during regular hours. I then called another company that was able to diagnose and fix it. They charged $100 for the diagnosis. And they were open till 6 PM so you guys are rip off artist two stars so it’s harder to delete
Conrad P. did an amazing job - from the initial estimate to the actual install, the entire service was professional, efficient, and detailed. He took the time to explain possible causes, the reasoning for each, and the best path forward. He was courteous, mindful, and highly knowledgable. Communication was excellent and we especially appreciated that the same individual who did the estimate also was assigned the actual job. Highly recommended!
Unprofessional in handling phone calls. Left message and not returned. Then, appt set was missed. Dis-interested.
This is the worst, non responsible company imaginable. They charge a fee for coming out, 40 minutes late for their appointment, then you never hear from them again, they have your $99.00 hostage. Not professional, not responsible, not worth it!
