I have moved around the country on various job assignments 8 times and have bought and sold our residences with every move. John by far has been the best, the 2nd best would not be anywhere close. John is a subject matter expert, gave me honest feedback, was detailed to look at Little things like taps, lights working during the final walk through. John worked with us to sell our prior home and buy a new home. John made a pretty painful process much less painful. He has intimate knowledge of the Chicago neighborhoods and provided great advice on selling vs renting, where to buy within each neighborhood, resale value, etc. We plan to use John going forward on our next purchase or sale!
