Dr. Hoff is the best!!
I have been a patient of Dr Hoffman for many years. 2 things convinced me he was the right doctor to trust on my first visit. We moved to Cleburne from Richardson more than 20 years ago. My first doctor moved after a couple of years. My second doctor couldn’t read my EKG. Dr. Hoffman had reviewed my information, correctly read my previous EKGs and in our conversation mentioned he did not indiscriminately prescribe antibiotics. I love Dr Hoffman and would recommend him highly, however his staff is horrible. Unfriendly not efficient and if you try to call the office prepare for at least a 45 minute or more wait befe your call is answered. Too bad because dr Hoffman is great. Patients are a bother to his staff.
Took our son to see Dr Hoffman 3 times, all 3 times I expressed concern about my son not eating, the last time I told him and his nurse I was really concerned and they laughed at me saying toddlers are picky. In the end we moved back to my home country to get our son the help he needed and thanks to Dr Hoffmann not taking me seriously my son is now on a feeding tube, which he wouldn’t have needed if he got the help me needed when we asked for it the first time. I would not recommend Dr. Hoffman or his office. Dr. Hoffman office staff are argumentative, are not willing to help if you call for things like getting a physical form filled out, even if your child was seen within the year for a physical. My son was going into an allergic shock and while driving him to the ER we called Dr. Hoffman’s emergency line. I have been going to Dr. Hoffman for a number of years now. He is friendly, patient, and has a good knowledge of medicine. It is more difficult to get an appointment with him these days, but his P.A.’s have been great when I needed treatment relatively quickly. Any return calls have been done in a timely manner. So glad I found a family care doctor close to Cleburne.
Use to be a great doctor now can't even see him. Waited a month for appointment to only be called day before and told he's out would have to reschedule with another PA ,and that would be a few weeks out. Now basically all you can see in office is a pa. I understand with covid but it's gotten ridiculous.
I absolutely love all of the staff.
